Program Objective
In an effort to control branding guidelines and marketing budgets, a medical supplier consulted with iCoStore on the best way to implement a program. They wanted to allow managers to have control over their budgets, however, keep corporate control over how and what the logo was used.
Execution
Initial meetings with each department head indicated this program needed a wide variety of items. Since our programs are JIT - the client was able to have a huge selection of not just apparel, but bags, pens, pad folios and other specialty merchandise. Our promotional bulk buy category allowed each manager the option of bulk discounting without the headache of inventorying huge quantities.
Results/Success
This program has demonstrated that centralizing budgeting can increase buying power and give corporate more control over regional budgets.
